Private or Group Classes
I offer both private one-on-one and group classes, available at local studios or on-site at your preferred location. Additionally, I provide specialized classes for events and retreats to suit any occasion. If you're with a nonprofit organization or require assistance with class fees, inquire about available discounts, sliding scale options, and other flexible pricing arrangements to ensure access for all.
My offerings are rooted in inclusivity, care, and respect for all people—of all races, gender identities, sexual orientations, body types, abilities, and backgrounds. I honor the diversity of human experience and strive to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and seen.

About
Hi, I’m Danielle Simpler.
I’ve grown up and lived in Nashville for the great majority of my life. I’ve been practicing yoga for 18 years, since I was 19 years old. I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2020 and went on to complete various other trainings including Yin, Restorative, TCTSY foundations and Trauma Sensitive trainings.
I’m strongly committed to creating a safe and nurturing space where participants can reconnect with their bodies. I believe movement can be a beautiful way to bridge the connection between the mind and body, fostering a sense of wholeness and safety. Through trauma-sensitive yoga, I work to facilitate a present-moment experience that focuses on allowing what is, rather than trying to fix. My approach encourages healing, self-awareness, and empowerment, supporting individuals on their unique journeys.
On a personal note, my family and I reside in Nashville TN. I’m a proud mom of a son and two daughters, and we have a dog named Spirit . I’m a pre eclampsia and HELLP Syndrome survivor and my first daughter was stillborn due to complications from the diseases. Supporting families and individuals through pregnancy trauma, postpartum depression, and child loss is one of the missions that I am deeply passionate about.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I love to travel and spend time in nature, always seeking new experiences that allow me to stay grounded and connected to the world around me.
